Sterling Silver pendant, designed as a scroll of prayer. Hand made engraving.
The text engraved is a poem written by the Hebrew poet, Shaul Tsharnichovsky.
The text engraved on the scroll:
For my soul still yearns for freedom
I’ve not sold it to a calf of gold
For I shall yet have faith in mankind
In its spirit great and bold.

*The script engraved on the pendant is ancient Hebrew script. This script was used around the time of the First Temple of Israel (reigns of King David and King Solomon) 10th- 5th century BCE.
