Sterling Silver pendant, designed as a scroll of prayer. Hand made engraving.
The text engraved is in Hebrew, written by the Rabbi, Abraham Isaac Kook.
The text engraved on the scroll is:
בֶּן אָדָם, עֲלֵה לְמַעְלָה עֲלֵה.
כִּי כֹּחַ עַז לְךָ יֵשׁ לְךָ כַּנְפֵי רוּחַ, כַּנְפֵי נְשָׁרִים אַבִּירִים.
אַל תְּכַחֵשׁ בָּם פֶּן יכחשו לְךָ.
דּרושׁ אוֹתָם – וְיִמָּצְאוּ לְךָ מִיָד.
Translated to English:
Ascend towards the heights, ascend!
For you have the strength.
You have wings of spirit, wings of mighty eagles.
Do not forsake them, lest they forsake you.
Seek them, and they will find you immediately
The necklace is shipped in a gift box. I include a small polishing cloth and a card with the text engraved on the piece and its translation to English.
